Van geavanceerde mediumbereiders (industriële snelkookpannen) die substraten steriliseren met stoom onder hoge druk, tot high-end robot gestuurde afvulsystemen: wij zijn de drijvende kracht achter laboratorium-automatisering en een totaalleverancier voor klanten in meer dan 70 landen wereldwijd. /p pb Jouw rol als Service Monteur Technische Dienst /b /p p Als Service Monteur Technische Dienst ben jij ons technische visitekaartje. De ene week sleutel je in onze werkplaats in Oudenbosch aan een nieuw prototype, de volgende week sta je in een hightech lab in het buitenland om een systeem te installeren of te onderhouden. /p pb Wat ga je doen? /b /p ulli Assembleren testen: In Oudenbosch bouw je mee aan onze machines. Je begrijpt hoe mechanische onderdelen, elektronica en software samenkomen. /lili Installatie op locatie: Je reist naar nationale en internationale klanten om onze systemen (zoals de industriële sterilisatoren en robot-afvulsystemen) in gebruik te stellen en operationeel te maken. /lili Onderhoud troubleshooting: Je analyseert storingen en voert preventief onderhoud uit, zodat de productie bij de klant nooit stil komt te staan. /lili Klantcontact: Je legt de klant uit hoe de machine werkt en zorgt dat zij het maximale uit onze apparatuur halen. /li /ul pb Wat breng je mee? /b /p ulli Een afgeronde technische opleiding op MBO 4+ of HBO niveau (bijv. mechatronica, elektrotechniek of werktuigbouwkunde). /lili Je bent een echte “allrounder”: je bent niet bang voor mechanica, maar snapt ook hoe een robotarm wordt aangestuurd. /lili Reislust: De wereld is je werkveld. One week you are working on a new prototype in our workshop in Oudenbosch, the next week you are in a high-tech lab abroad to install or maintain a system. /p pb What will you do? /b /p ulli Assembly testing: In Oudenbosch, you will help build our machines. You understand how mechanical parts, electronics and software come together. /lili On-site installation: You will travel to our national and international customers to install and commission our systems (such as industrial sterilizers and robotic filling systems). /lili Maintenance troubleshooting: You will analyse malfunctions and perform preventive maintenance so that production at the customer's site never comes to a standstill. /lili Customer contact: You will explain to the customer how the machine works and ensure they get the most out of our equipment. /li /ul pb What do you bring? /b /p ulli A completed technical education at Advanced technician diploma (vocational baccalaureate) / Bachelor degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering. /lili You are a true “all-rounder”: you are not afraid of mechanics, but you also understand how a robotic arm is controlled. /lili A love for travel: The world is your workplace.
