Beyond day-to-day operations, you will lead technical and capital improvement projects that increase capacity, enhance safety and sustainability, and support the site's long-term performance. /p pWorking closely with the Operations Manager and as a member of the Site Leadership Team, you will have the opportunity to develop your people, introduce new maintenance approaches, and make a visible impact on one of Amcor's manufacturing sites. This is a role for a leader who is passionate about building teams, driving continuous improvement, and creating sustainable operational excellence. /p h3Principal Accountabilities /h3 h3Lead and Develop the Maintenance Team /h3 ul liLead, coach and develop the maintenance team, building ownership, flexibility and technical capabilities. /li liStrengthen collaboration across Maintenance, Tooling and P-cart Maintenance. /li /ul h3Develop the Maintenance Strategy /h3 ul liDefine and implement maintenance strategies and processes to improve equipment reliability and availability. /li liDrive improvements in preventive maintenance, downtime reduction and asset performance. /li /ul h3Lead Technical Projects /h3 ul liManage reliability, capacity and technical projects from definition through execution. /li liEnsure safe, timely and cost-effective project delivery. /li /ul h3Drive Operational Excellence and Safety /h3 ul liMonitor maintenance performance through KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liEnsure compliance with safety standards while optimizing maintenance effectiveness and costs. /li /ul h3Qualifications And Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance on the production side. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience leading and developing teams, with strong coaching and people management skills. /li liStrong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance. /li liProven experience developing maintenance strategies, preventive maintenance plans and asset management processes, including managing technical projects from definition through execution. /li liDutch and English language skills at minimum B2-C1 level. /li /ul h3About Amcor /h3 pAmcor is the global leader in developing and producing responsible consumer packaging and dispensing solutions across a variety of materials for nutrition, health, beauty and wellness categories.
