For an international manufacturing company in the region Bergen op Zoom we are looking for an: Maintenance Lead
Where are you going to work: The company uses the latest equipment and systems.
The main tasks for the Maintenance Lead are:
– Maintenance Planning and Scheduling;
– Leads the scheduling and participates in the execution of the regular activities;
– Review, prioritize and manage 24 hours’ work notification and backlog work orders in order to meet the business results;
– Ensure the maintenance technical documentation is available and up to date;
– Participate actively in the development and reviews of the annual maintenance plan;
– Driving Performance through Loss Elimination and Continuous Improvement;
– Participating in the development, implementation and review of the master plan;
– You work closely together with the production and the maintenance department;
– Achieve or improve the agreed targets of the department;
– In this position you work closely together with your peer Process lead, and you support the Line Lead of the department;
– Capability building in technical mastery; you ensure the training plan is implemented;
– QEHSS & Legal compliance and adherence to the standard;
– You ensure full compliance with local legislation, company policies, tasks and IMS;
– You adhere to all quality, environmental and health, safety and security rules;
– You are responsible for eliminating incidents; investigate how these can prevented;
– You lead the change process of processes / products, including benchmarking and possible introduction to other departments;
The key requirements for the Maintenance Lead are:
– You will have completed a Technical bachelor education or similar;
– You have vast experience of maintenance concepts and production processes;
– You have a good eye for technical details;
– You have system knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office;
– You have professional knowledge of the English and Dutch language.
