The ideal candidate will have recent experience conceptualizing, designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Commercial solutions across Order-to-Cash (OTC), Sales, Pricing, aATP, Billing, Trade Compliance, and related Commercial processes. /pbrpThe SE will be responsible for engineering, configuring, testing, and maintaining SAP S/4HANA and surrounding Commercial solutions throughout the application lifecycle. The role requires strong knowledge of business processes within Sales and Distribution, Pricing, Customer Management, Commercial Analytics, and related non-SAP applications supporting Commercial operations. /pbrpThis position defines and drives the strategy for Commercial capabilities within the ERP platform and will be responsible for discovering, validating, and translating business requirements into scalable SAP and non-SAP solutions. It involves evaluating business processes, industry trends, and technology capabilities to develop future-state solutions that support Corteva's Commercial roadmap and global ERP strategy. /pbrpThe SE must be able to bridge the IT and business domains and effectively communicate with Business Process Experts, Solution Architects, Configurators, Developers, and Business Stakeholders. The SE will develop a strong understanding of Corteva's commercial business strategy and processes and help define and execute the overall ERP Commercial Product Roadmap. /pbrKey Responsibilities Accountabilitiesbrullibr/liliCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into ERP solution designs.br/liliDesign end-to-end solutions leveraging ERP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP GTS, etc.br/liliEnsure alignment with industry best practices and company standards.br/liliConfigure SAP systems based on design specifications, including customizing standard SAP functionalities.br/liliDevelop and implement enhancements, extensions, and custom solutions as needed.br/liliConduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP configurations and developments.br/liliIntegrate SAP solutions with other enterprise systems such as eCommerce, SAP GTS, Third Party applications, etc.br/liliCollaborate with integration teams to design and implement interfaces, data mappings, and middleware solutions.br/liliEnsure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems.br/liliProvide ongoing support for SAP systems, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance tuning.br/liliMonitor system health and performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.br/liliApply patches, upgrades, and enhancements to SAP systems as needed.br/liliDocument solution designs, configurations, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.br/liliProvide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams on SAP functionalities and processes.br/liliStay updated on SAP technologies, releases, and best practices.br/liliProactively identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and enhance system capabilities.br/liliParticipate in projects to upgrade or migrate SAP systems to newer versions or cloud platforms.br/li /ulbrPosition Requirementsbrullibr/liliPrior domain or functional experience supporting Commercial business processes in large global organizations.br/liliStrong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Customer Master Data, and Customer Service operations.br/liliExperience designing solutions supporting aATP, DRC, Vistex, Sales Pricing, Rebates, Commercial Reporting, and related Commercial capabilities.br/liliAbility to research business requirements, evaluate alternative solution approaches, and recommend scalable SAP and non-SAP solutions.br/liliAbility to perform fit-gap analysis, estimate effort, and identify process and technology improvement opportunities.br/liliStrong understanding of SAP integration patterns, APIs, middleware platforms, and integration between SAP and external applications.br/liliAbility to work in a fast-paced project environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders.br/liliDemonstrated effectiveness working independently and driving results across business and technical teams.br/liliStrong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.br/liliAbility to recognize risks, dependencies, and escalation points while driving solution quality and delivery.br/liliExperience working with implementation partners, managed service providers, and third-party vendors preferred.br/li /ulbrExperience And Education Requirementsbrullibr/liliBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.br/liliMinimum of 10 years of SAP implementation, solution engineering, or support experience.br/liliStrong experience with SAP S/4HANA Commercial capabilities.br/liliExperience in at least several of the following areas:brullibr/liliaATPbr/liliDRCbr/liliVistexbr/liliSales and Distributionbr/liliPricing and Rebatesbr/liliBilling and Invoicingbr/liliCommercial Reportingbr/liliCustomer Master Data Managementbr/liliSAP GTSbr/li /ulbr/liliExperience supporting global ERP programs across multiple geographies and business units.br/liliExperience with SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, BW/4HANA, APIs, Integration Platforms, and ABAP development is preferred.br/liliSAP Certifications is a plus.br/li /ulbrpThis job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the position and is not an exhaustive list of skills, efforts, duties, responsibilities, or working conditions associated with it.
