Lead HVAC Engineer Location: The Hague Duration: 12-month contract extended to permanent position Start Date: ASAP We are recruiting for a highly skilled HVAC engineer, who is capable of leading, supporting, and mentoring junior engineers within the petrochemical/chemical industry. Key Responsibilities:
Leading a group of HVAC engineers.
Planning, Quality management, proposal reviews, and HVAC scope.
Taking ownership of the project progress, budgets, and technical interviews.
HVAC Deliverables, site surveys, FAT/SAT, H&S, scrum meetings etc.
Costing, scheduling, budget control, planning, project status reports, and material quantity.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s OR Master’s degree
Proven experience leading teams of 3 and upward.
10+ years of HVAC engineering and design within the refinery, petrochemical, and offshore industry.
Experience with Dutch and European standards.
Software skills within planning and scheduling such as Primavera P6
Design software experience with VABI, HAP, or HevaComp.
